Its objective is to provide participants with an overview of the purpose and requirements of chosen ISO standard as a tool for business improvement and to participate in any other courses, such as internal auditor, lead auditor training courses, this course teaches the knowledge and understanding.
The training comprises presentations, workshops and role-play exercises.
